Our sites are level with both 50 and 30-amp power receptacles. Water, Electric, Sewer & WiFi at all sites. Dumpster on property for guest use.

COVERED STORAGE - 12.5' WIDE X 45' DEEP SPACES
- $140/month when paying month to month
- $130/month when paying for 12 Months
UNCOVERED STORAGE - INSIDE FENCED AREA
- $55/month for boat or RV.
**Must send pic of boat or RV first for approval**
RV SITES W/ FULL HOOK UPS
30 & 50 AMP SERVICE:
- $45/night
- $225/week
- $425/month
*Electricity will be charged at market rate per KWH plus a $100
deposit for monthly stay.*

REQUIREMENTS FOR USE OF RV SITES
- RV'S older than 10 years old must be approved in advance. Pictures can be emailed or texted.
- Pricing is for two persons. Additional pricing for additional persons will apply.
- Two pets maximum per site. Dogs to be controlled or leashed at all times while not inside camper. Pet droppings must be picked up and placed in garbage receptacle... no exceptions.
